On 10 July 2026 Ayuf Holding and the School Impact of the City of Dakar reinforce training in the technical trades of the show and the event Ayuf Holding, a company specializing in modular construction, events and real estate, and the School Impact, a training programme of the City of Dakar supported by the Maison des Cultures Urbaines, set up a cooperation aimed at bringing the courses of training closer to the real situations of technical and event production.
The main objective of this approach is to enable students to·Senegal·to access demanding working environments, in conjunction with large-scale operations, to strengthen their employability and to structure sustainable career paths in the professions of sound, light, governance and cultural administration.
Objectives of the partnership The exchanges between Ayuf Holding and the Impact School helped to define several common areas of work:
• propose learning situations integrated into event projects, in the form of technical assistance missions and supervised operational support;
• articulate the theoretical teachings of the Impact School with the concrete needs of field productions;
• contribute to the development of young professionals·by providing access to international technical configurations;
• value, where relevant, the mix and presence of young women in technical fields. The Impact School, located within the Maison des Cultures Urbaines, plays a structuring role in training in artistic and technical practices related to urban cultures.
Ayuf Holding, for its part, brings its operational experience on complex modular and event devices, as well as its ability to integrate teams in production context.
Modalities envisaged A sequence of official presentations of the cooperation is envisaged, including a meeting with the students, a presentation of the educational and professional objectives, as well as exchanges with the Ayuf Holding teams and the School Impact managers.
Students interested·may be invited·to formalize their motivation for observation or assistance missions, in order to ensure a selection consistent with operational needs and security and quality constraints.
Issues of cooperation This cooperation is part of a shared desire to contribute to the structuring of a local skill chain in the technical professions of performance and event, combining training, experience and professional guidance.
Ayuf Holding and the Impact School thus state their intention to work together over the long term, in order to consolidate technical profiles·In addition, the European Commission has set up a network of mid-term managers to meet the requirements of large-scale projects in Senegal and abroad.
